  1. So, as all the tickets rapidly 'sold out' or were aquired by auto-calling by the big ticket companies on the day they were issued how are they going to pay back VAT already charged to the punters?

  3. Well done to Phillip Hammond for making this decision per se. Though as @ 17:31 alludes to, I too am not keen on lowlife scumbag ticket touts avoiding the VAT - it would feel criminal.
